觸控智能定硫儀是依據庫侖滴定法的原理（參見GB/T 214—1996）制成的。由單片機系統進行高溫爐的溫度控制和庫侖滴定結果的測量，由液晶顯示屏顯示，并向單片機系統發送相應控制命令，由單片機系統獨立完成相應工作。
